The first concern of a heat pump is quality, as quality determines its service life. Standview uses international brand components for the heat pumps, from raw material selection to incoming inspection, each component is carefully screened and repeatedly tested to ensure that our heat pump can work stably at different ambient temperatures and meet the requirements of different customers.

Research & Development

We have an experienced R & D team, each engineer is full of innovative ideas, constantly committed to drilling the world’s top heat pump technology and applications. We focus on the improvement of product reliable quality and continuous research and development.

IQC

IQC is our most rigorous process of controlling the quality of purchased raw materials or components through full inspection. Only qualified raw materials can be used to assemble heat pumps.

Pipeline Welding

Welding technicians must undergo professional and strict trainings and obtain a certificate of qualification before taking on welding work.

Vacuuming

Vacuum pumping is an essential and important process before filling refrigerant. The purpose of vacuum pumping is to remove non condensable gases and moisture from the heat pump system to ensure efficient operation of the machine.

Refrigerant filling

After vacuuming, strictly follow the BOM requirements and add corresponding types and weights of refrigerants such as R32 or R290.

Halogen Inspection

Each heat pump has very strict leak detection. The method is to place the halogen detector probe into each welding point for inspection. Here, each heat pump needs to undergo three leak tests to ensure that the gas does not leak.

Four in one safety performance test

After the machine is completed, the testers will use a four in one safety performance tester to sequentially test grounding, voltage resistance, leakage, and insulation. Ensure the quality of each heat pump is up to standard.

Complete machine testing

For each produced heat pump, we adopt a simulation of the actual operating environment and conduct 100% testing to ensure that the products transported to customers are safe and usable.

The heat pump environmental simulation explosion-proof laboratory was established by European standards, using precision testing equipments from Germany and Japan, the simulated working environment temperature can reach -30℃, laying a solid foundation for product research and development.
